Welcome to Volexi. These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI architectural rendering service. By accessing or using Volexi, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Use of Service

Volexi provides AI-powered architectural rendering services. You may use our service to transform architectural images, 3D renders, and SketchUp/Revit exports into photorealistic images. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload images you do not have rights to use
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

3. User Accounts

To use Volexi, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Volexi operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and used for rendering operations. Credits are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

New users receive 3 free credits to try the service. Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing page.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images you upload. Volexi retains ownership of its AI models, algorithms, and service infrastructure. You are granted a license to use rendered outputs for any lawful purpose.

By using our service, you grant Volexi a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing the rendering service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Volexi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from our AI rendering service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volexi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
